The project comprises a parking lot floor spanning a floor area of 3,500 m2, a single-block, 18-storey reinforced concrete building situated on 980 m2, a 115 m2 single-storey social facility, and a 100 m2 pool in the site garden. In the project where we operated with a tower crane, steel formwork was employed for columns and curtains, while scaffolding, H20, and wooden formwork were utilized in the construction of floors. In the project where we are engaged as a subcontractor for the rough works, the construction area encompasses 30,000 m2.
