The project encompasses a single-block reinforced concrete building, featuring a parking lot floor, a 6-meter high shop, and 10 standard floors, all situated on a 741 m2 land area. In the project where we are engaged as a subcontractor for the rough works, the construction area encompasses 7,440 m2.
