The project entails a 4-storey reinforced concrete building, covering a closed area of 3,900 m2 on a floor area of 1,378 m2. This includes a 3,667 m2 factory space and a 234 m2 administrative building. The project features varying floor heights, including floors reaching up to 7 meters in height. As the main contractor overseeing the project, all turnkey work items are comprehensively managed within the scope of our services.
